Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Paid listing and school-tool plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and your listing remains active until the end of the current paid period.

No Partial Refunds

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including partial periods after a cancellation. Free listings involve no charge.

Removed / Violating Listings

Listings removed for violating our Terms (including duplicate or unauthorized listings) are not eligible for a refund.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at rodeno@yahoo.com and we will review it in good faith.

Chargebacks

Please contact us to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback. By purchasing, you acknowledge this policy was presented and agreed to at checkout.
