28 yrs experience · BMABA Level 2 Coaching Qualification
Studying the martial arts for 28 years, currently a 4th Dan in both Tang Soo Do and Shotokan karate. Also studied other arts such as Shorin-Ryu, Iaido, Ishinryu, GKR karate, jiujitsu, and kickboxing.
Gained both my level 2 coaching certification and the PTTLLS (threshold to teach qualification in the UK).
